A 360º home inventory typically takes 1 to 4 hours to complete by our professionally trained staff, each of whom are background checked, insured and bonded.
Our standard TakeStock 360º service begins at $495 including a virtual tour of homes under 3,000 sq. ft., increasing $100 for each additional 500 sq. ft. Feel free to use the calculation boxes on this page for estimated cost. For homes 7,000 sq ft or larger, please call us for a custom quote.
TakeStock 360º Plus includes the above, plus high-resolution photographs of select individual items and collections that reside in drawers, closets and cabinets, such as china, silver, art, jewelry, wine, guns, etc. This is our standard service rate plus $95 per staff-hour (determined by specifics of job).
The TakeStock 360º Premier is our most intensive level of service at a rate of 50¢ per sq. ft. It includes all of the above, but also detailed imaging of virtually every item in the house, if so desired.

WHAT DOES ZERO CONTACT INVENTORY SERVICE MEAN?
It’s your assurance that TakeStock is putting safety first. Yours and ours. It begins when you call TakeStock to schedule service. Our customer service representative will inquire about your specific inventory need, then they’ll also ask if anyone in your home has been sick with virus symptoms. They’ll ask if you have any special requests for when our technicians arrive. For instance, if you’d rather they enter through the garage instead of the front door, just pass along your special instructions and we will carry them out.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
Our inventory specialists will also wear appropriate personal protective equipment, which may vary by location and could depend on the situation. Here’s what to expect:
CLEANUP
Our inventory specialists wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. They’re also using hand sanitizer as needed. Additionally, they’ll disinfect touchpoints before, during and after jobs, including vehicle steering wheels and door handles, photography equipment and any items they may have handled in your home.
